Introduction:

The essence of manufacturing Invar levelling staff is the formation of strips on the Invar tape. Leosurvey possesses advanced coding and engraved system and technology. It takes laser interferometer as length standard. The graduation of the precision Invar levelling staff is engraved in the paint coating with an interferometrically controlled laser beam, ensuring superior graduation accuracy and edge sharpness.

We can supply both barcoded staff and graduated staff for customers. Barcode marking staff is used for digital levels and graduated marking staff is used for optical levels.

So far we have supplied levelling staffs for many different levels brands like Trimble, Topcon, Leica, GeoMax, South, Sokkia, etc.

Features:

  1. Superior graduation accuracy and high quality image of stripes.
  2. Body of the Invar staff made of rigid aluminum profile with anodized surface. It makes sure it is not easy to get deformed in the process of measurements and very convenient to carry.
  3. Invar tape seated in a protection groove of staff profile and tensioned by soft spring to compensate extension coefficient of staff profile.
  4. Foot plate of chrome-alloy; hardened, smooth and ground.
  5. Equipped with two circular bubbles and fold-away handles. Handles zinced and powder-coated.
  6. Staff Length is customizable according to customers’ needs.
  7. LED strip lights is optional. It can be used in mines, tunnels, night-time construction sites. Equipped with two pieces of power bank.
